📚 Bio
Since co-founding Zoocha in 2009, I have worked with clients ranging from United Nations to Alzheimer's Society and from University of Cambridge to the Financial Conduct Authority. The focus of my role as CEO is two fold; to lead the Zoocha team and help them to achieve excellence but also to provide digital strategy leadership for our client partners. My digital strategy journey started in 2002 as part of the Tesco.com team looking after the wine and flowers websites. Still in the days of 56k dial up modems, much of what we were doing had no precedent and despite being part of a retail giant, Tesco.com had a start up culture that inspired innovation. From those early years of the internet to now, the pace of change continues to accelerate and AI is the most transformative innovation to date.
At Zoocha, I am helping organisations identify how to use AI, design governance models to ensure appropriate use and imagine what the future looks like as AI transforms not just their organisation but society as a whole.
