Naomh is the Irish Ambassador for Women in AI, driving collaborations and education to empower women leaders in AI. A dynamic serial entrepreneur, strategist, and mentor, she has 20+ years’ experience launching, scaling, and advising ventures across technology, education, healthcare, and industry.
With deep expertise in digital innovation, commercialisation, and education, she helps organisations harness emerging tech to solve complex challenges and drive growth. She founded the Business of AI Club, a global platform advancing AI education and strategy, equipping organisations with frameworks to navigate the evolving landscape responsibly. She also created The She Said Club, a community supporting women’s personal and professional development through events, mentorship, and conversations that champion wellbeing, confidence, and leadership. A champion of ethical, inclusive AI, Naomh has led multiple tech start-ups, mentored leaders, and guided digital transformation. Named Northern Ireland’s Most Inspirational Woman in STEM (2024), she is an MIT graduate, Associate Lecturer at Ulster Uni, STEM Ambassador, and board member at Queen’s University Belfast & Young Social Innovators.
