📚 Bio

Jazz is an Executive Coach with 20+ years’ experience. Member of techUK’s Skills and Diversity Council, trade and advisory body for technology businesses in the UK and UK government. Director of AI Coaching Alliance, with over 600 global members working on AI and Technology adoption in business coaching for individuals, teams, and organisations. He advises on compliance and competence for use of AI and other technologies for the global governing bodies of coaching including the AC, EMCC and ICF. He is creator of ‘Coaching 5.0’ practices advancing technology enhanced coaching beyond just AI use, integrating fifth industrial revolution, mindsets, techniques, and technologies. He created AI Coaching tools in 2008, used with hundreds of clients, establishing best practices for using AI in Coaching. Peer-reviewed academic papers published in AI, Ethics and Technology Enhanced Learning based on his contributions to multi-million Euro funded EU projects. His major industry work involved working in Aerospace and Space with NASA, designing AI, AR, VR and Biometrics guided training to improve performance of Astronauts due to go on International Space Station and future Manned Mars missions.
