Charisma is Co-Founder of Project Alix, an AI first provider of services to housing providers and large organisations providing essential services. She leverages her creative & consultative AI expertise in co-designing with clients and end users, leading the team & developing AI-powered solutions. Having previously led greenfield AI commercial products at Accenture's AI practice with FTSE 100 organisations, and having brought new AI & machine learning products to market across Seed to Series C startups in London, she is uniquely placed to help organisations running legacy systems to rethink their service provision in this new technological era. Over the past 2 years, Project Alix has focused on co-creating & implementing AI workflow automation with charities, housing providers and organisations providing essential services where some users may be vulnerable or less digitally able. Using AI, Project Alix has addressed complex use cases and collaborated with end user communities to ensure usability and, where possible, delight. Project Alix has been listed as a Top 3 finalist for National AI Inclusion awards, out of 300+ entries.
